“West Gas installed my current boiler a few years ago and Ralph has been servicing it since then.

Why did I choose West Gas? Because they knew what they were talking about and were not trying to sell me something that was not fit for purpose (As others did!). They also happened to be competitively priced.

As years have gone by, Ralph has always been available to answer queries and has been servicing my boiler annually. For the occasional times when the boiler has gone wrong (As modern boilers do occasionally) Ralph has been very good at diagnosing the fault accurately and getting it sorted without any fuss.
